Network definitions:

accountable care organization (ACO) network – a network where groups of doctors, nurses and other health care providers work together with your health plan to provide coordinated care. ACO networks are usually smaller than other types of networks, but offer special features such as a dedicated Customer Service team.

care system network – a network made up of several care systems, which are groups of primary care clinics, specialists and hospitals that work together to deliver the care you need. With a care system network, you enroll in a primary care clinic, which is affiliated with a care system. Your primary care clinic coordinates your overall care.
